We researched several custom builders and it was crystal clear DR Moss Custom Home was, without a doubt, the best choice. Danny and his team listened to all of our ideas, and was not afraid to tell us when our ideas were good, bad, not possible, or not cost effective. Danny had no issues whatsoever in showing us the actual invoices from his contractors. He did not mark up any of the invoices at all just to get more money in his pocket. In fact, his goal was almost the opposite – Danny strived to keep us under budget.
We also appreciated the relationship Danny has with contractors. Most of them have been with Danny since he began building houses, and we understand some of them only do work for him. There was not one contractor who did not have anything bad to say about Danny, and in certain parts of the planning process, when we did not know what we wanted, they knew what Danny would want and/or approve, which made our decision making painless. When Danny saw concerns, he addressed them quickly. His attention to detail, and the effort to make our home truly custom, is unmatched.
